Conor grew up in France in an Irish family. After graduating from high school, he pursued theatre studies in the UK: a BA in theatre from Royal Holloway and acting training at the Drama Centre London. He has performed in theatre, commercials, stand-up comedy, and also written and directed short films.
Alongside his acting career, he trained as a storyteller and educator at Shakespeare's Globe, where he spent 13 years staging one-man shows, leading workshops, directing young people from all countries, creating projects, training his colleagues and introducing Shakespeare to as many people as possible.
Back in France since 2019, he leads weekly workshops at the international high school in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, Le Pecq, and Le Vésinet. He regularly works in middle and high schools, leading theater workshops designed to illuminate the dramatic aspects of the plays on the curriculum. With Break an Egg, he aims to reach a diverse audience through workshops, classes, and performances staged with his wife, Adélaïde Pralon.
